URNS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES *The ball chain can easily be shortened with nail clippers, or if you know the length you want, let me know in the notes at checkout! Parts of the cable chain will wear out over time, but the ball chain is much sturdier. *I recommend the ball chain for larger urns, and for anyone who plans to wear their necklace daily.
